Normal sales policy
Normal Processing time is 3 to 6 days to allow processing of credit card information. After it in moved into the processing stage where it is picked, packaged, and made ready for shipment. Final inspection is conducted to insure the item is packed according to shipping standards. Please allow normal shipment times, normally 6-8 days by ground shipment, quicker if you select overnight or other shipping means for delivery. Shipping is extra and is according to UPS standards, weight and is calculated online with your purchase at checkout.
Cancellation Policy is as follows:
Your order can be cancelled prior to packaging and shipment. FEES WILL APPLY (15% of total order)
Once shipment have been made you must follow the return policy as described below.
Warranty
All Warranty is handled by respective manufacturers. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product with the same product. Shipping is Not covered under warranty. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage. There is no charge for repairing products covered by warranty apart from shipping costs. We recommend that product returned by post be sent by FedEx/UPS with insurance or other insured postal services. Gifts Extremes accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit.

RETURN POLICY

Customer may return any product purchased from Gifts Extreme within Five (5) days of delivery of the order. The Customer Must abtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number Prior to returning. Contact Gifts Extremes by Email rcsmservices@hughes.net to obtain a RMA number. A 25% Restocking Fee Applies to all returns that are not defective or under warranty. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 5 days return policy, MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. Customer may request a replacement product but the 25% restocking fee still applies to your return. Shipping cost is non refundable.
Items with manufacturer's defects:
Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement.
Items returned as defective that are found to not be defective will incur the 25% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization.
Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number.
How to return an item:
For Customer service or Tech support questions Please E-mail us at rcsmservices@hughes.net to notify a defective item and request for an #RMA number. Please, allow 48 hours to respond to your email.
Please have your order number available.
When you return the item please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and provide a return reason.

Returns must be in like new condition. Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories. All returns must be received by Gifts Extreme within 7 days from the RMA number issuing date. Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 5 days of delivery of the order. Shipping charges are not refundable.
*** Please note that all returns that are shipped without a valid RMA number will be REFUSED and package will go back to the sender. We recommend returns be made via FedEx or UPS insured freight only.
Gift Extremes accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit. Please, allow up to 8-10 business days to process your returns after your return has been received and a email is sent confirming your return has been received. You are responsible for all freight charges.
